I’ve been eyeing the same cluster if storms all morning! That is how slow moving the rain has been, currently (8:42 am) marching through western Middle Tennessee, pushing SE. Nothing severe.. just heavy rain and some thunder.
Temperatures are warm region-wide, low to mid-70s..
Not much of a shocker here! We’ll be HOT once again, with highs climbing into the lower 90s. Dew points are also waaaay up there in the upper 60s to lower 70s so it will feel very humid out there.
For those who struggle with allergies, the pollen forecast is going easy on us over the next few days…
Spotty storms will be the trend later on this afternoon. The ‘Marginal Risk’ (level 1 on a 1 to 5 scale for any severe storms) has lifted further north, barely clipped our far northeastern counties in SE Kentucky.
Besides an isolated afternoon storm on Thursday, this are looking dry with a slight relief from the humidity. Friday will be glorious.. lots of TGIF sunshine and scorching heat!
Have a fantastic day!
