June 12: More Summer Storms

Hot and humid today. What else is new? Today the high reached 91° in Nashville, above the average of 85°. The humidity made it feel like 96°. Ugh! There is more of that to come this week.

Scattered showers and thunderstorms moving across Middle Tennessee this evening and they will likely continue overnight. Some storms could be strong to severe with high wind and hail. Check out the latest timing on Futurecast. Notice how the line will likely weaken later this evening.

More showers and thunderstorms scattered across the area on Wednesday.  The could impact the drive to and from work. It will be hot and sticky, near 90 for the high. Here is the latest time frame.

Still hot and humid Thursday through Sunday, but the chance of rain becomes more isolated those days. Highs each day will be in the lower 90s.
