Let’s go PREDS!!! Game#7 is underway and downtown is packed with people. The weather is a little warm, but it’s dry for tonight’s watch parties. Today was a hot one reaching 89° in Nashville. That’s 12 degrees above the average. This little Pred fan was taking it all in stride.
A few showers dropping down form Kentucky could breeze through the northeast corner of Middle Tennessee.
If you like the heat, here’s some good news – we have a great chance of cracking into the 90’s Friday, Saturday and also on Sunday. That will be near record setting. Tomorrow looks very certain. It will be close the rest of the weekend.
Friday: forecast-90° record-90°
Saturday: forecast-90° record-92°
Sunday: forecast-91° record-93°
This little boy is ready for the heat.
Friday there is another small chance of thunderstorms., but most of us will enjoy a dry but hot day.
The weekend does look mainly rain-free. Overall, it should be a great weekend to get outdoors if you like summertime heat.
The pattern remains rather dry the beginning of next week with just some isolated showers on Monday. It will still be hot.
Rain chances increase in the middle of the week next week. I’ll have the latest on the forecast on News4 at 10pm.
