The next two days will be pleasant. Then storms move through, to be followed by the the hottest weather of the year.
Outdoors as of noon, temperatures are around 80 degrees. It’s sunny in most spots like over in Donelson, by the Nashville Airport.
Highs this afternoon will be in the lower 80s in general.
An isolated shower or thunderstorm’s possible today over southern or eastern Middle Tennessee. Most of us will stay dry however. Here’s how FUTURECAST is handling the afternoon. Any showers that develop will quickly diminish this evening.
Temperatures in the morning will be pleasant — in the 50s.
Tomorrow afternoon, highs will be a lot like today’s.
On Wednesday, count on scattered showers and thunderstorms developing. A few storms then could become severe with isolated damaging wind gusts and small hail. Thursday will be similar.
Friday through the weekend, heat will be the main story. Temperatures will soar to 90 degrees over very close during that 3-day stretch!
