April 26: Rainy Stretch Winding Down

Just hours away from a dry stretch of days. Rain is exiting Middle Tennessee this evening. The clouds and showers kept temperatures down today, the high in Nashville only reached 61°, that’s over 10° below the average. There was only .11″ of rain today.

Tomorrow will be partly cloudy and milder, with a high around 70. We’ll have just a 20% chance for an isolated shower tomorrow afternoon. Most of us will not see any rain. Here the Futurecast depiction for tomorrow.

Wear your Blue and Gold tomorrow, Mayor Briley has declared it “Preds Pride Day”.  The weather looks great for Preds Watch Parties tomorrow night.

Morning lows will be a little chilly over the weekend, important to note for those running in the Rock’n’Roll Marathon.

Both Saturday and Sunday will be drier and pleasant. Lows will be in the 40s with highs in the 70s. Great weather for getting yard work done or better yet plan some outdoor fun. Monday will be similar.

Tuesday and Wednesday temperatures will top off in the low-mid 80s. The next chance of rain is set for Thursday of next week.
