It seems like Spring is having a hard time sticking around. A front passed through last night leaving behind cold air, the low this morning was 42 in Nashville and the high only reached 54°. We’ve been in and out of the clouds all day.


Tuesday and Wednesday spotty showers are still possible. Temperatures will be mild next week.

The sky clears tonight allowing temperatures to drop to the 30s. That means some patchy frost for some areas by morning. A Frost Advisory has been issued for most of Middle Tennessee. Protect those plants again and just know that you may have to scrape the windshield just a bit.
It warms back to the upper 60s by afternoon tomorrow, plus you’ll be treated with plenty of sunshine. Many folks will be gathering downtown tomorrow for the Preds game. It will be chilly but clear, you’ll need a jacket.
By Saturday afternoon the highs will climb back to the 70’s. It looks like a great day to get any outdoor work done. Saturday is the better of the two weekend days for outdoor fun.
Showers will move in Saturday and spread from west to east across Middle Tennessee. Here’s the Futurecast depiction.



Showers will continue through the day Sunday and some will linger into Monday.
