Brrrr… temperatures will feel very cold from here on out as we ring in the new year.
A strong arctic front is headed toward Middle Tennessee with a big temperature change in store for the second half of the weekend. Today, highs will only reach the mid-to-upper 30s, with lows dropping down to the teens tonight.
A sharp cool down arrives on New Years Eve and New Years Day. Temperatures will only reach the upper 20s during the day, teens during the night, and the midnight music note drop will be down right frigid in the single digits for a wind chill.
Bitterly cold air will linger all week, but we’ll stay dry– no significant chance for rain, snow, or ice in sight.
Have a fantastic Saturday, everyone!
