Crystal blue skies warming up a sub-freezing morning — up to the low 30s and low 40s as I write here at 9:18am.
Light southerly winds knock our actual air temperatures to feel more like the low to upper 30s.
Winds remain out of the south all day, picking up with a breeze around 10-20 mph this afternoon. This will pull in above average highs in the low 60s around 3PM.
A very different story ahead! Arctic air alongside northerly winds bring a round of significantly cooler temperatures as soon as tomorrow morning. Overnight lows will drop into the low to mid 30s but it will FEEL more like the upper 20s. A few early morning snow flurries will be possible for areas east of I-65…take a snap and send it our way! 🙂
Daytime highs will only warm into the upper 30s to lower 40s region-wide, about ten degrees below average for this time of the year. After that? We’ll seesaw in the temperatures department for the remainder of the 7-Day. You’ll want to join me at noon for the latest on how temperatures shape up and how I expect the weekend to pan out (know, I know…it’s only Monday), on News 4!
Let’s make it a great week!
