Calm Weather Takes Over for a While

After wild weather yesterday, calmer conditions will build in for a while to come.  That’ll make for great travel weather and a lovely Thanksgiving Day.

There is still a breeze outdoors this morning.  That wind is making it feel colder than it really is.  Here’s a look at 7am temperatures.

Clouds are trying to clear the area.  They will gradually, letting through more sunshine by afternoon.  Here’s the view now in Nashville.

Even though sunshine will return, notice how chilly it’ll remain today.

Tonight should turn out to be the coldest of the season.  By 7am tomorrow, we’ll all be dealing with temperatures in the 20s.

Then, tomorrow afternoon, thanks to more of a southeasterly wind (albeit light), temperatures will climb back into the 50s.

If you like sunshine, there’s quite a bit more to come.  This afternoon and tomorrow look to be especially bright.

Late Tuesday, our next cold front will pass through but it’ll do so without rain.  Another front on Saturday will likely slide by rain-free giving us a dry week ahead that’s perfect for travel or staying put!
