TGIF sunshine for you…and for you! What a refreshing start to the day.
Clear skies have allowed temperatures to drop this morning. Many spots hit the lower 30-degree mark. Now at 9:13 am, we sit in the upper 30s and lower 40s region-wide.
An arctic blast keeps winds pulling out of the north, funneling in a significantly cooler highs, in the upper 40s to lower 40s by around 3 o’ clock.
Don’t let the cold keep you indoors tonight! If you’re looking for some fun with the family, how about some football?! Yes please! Just grab a winter coat as temperatures will kick off the game in the lower 40s.
Tonight will be even colder. In fact, the coldest night of our seven day, with lows dropping down at or below freezing. Our weekend is shaping up quite nicely. Southerly winds will bring back seasonably lower 60s both on Saturday and on Sunday with just an isolated shower chance on Sunday.
Here’s a peak at the next seven days. Mainly dry through Tuesday before spotty showers return with our next approaching system by Wednesday.
Have a wonderful weekend!
