After a longggg dry stretch of dry weather, we wake up to impressive rainfall amounts, especially for our western counties…as expected! Close to 5.0″ of rain in portions of Hickman County!
Lesser amounts west to east…
Light, moderate and even some heavy rain continues to push through our eastern counties, lifting north and east. It’s all thanks to a cold front that is smack dab in the middle of our state.
Once these showers push north, lingering wrap around rain will continue to fuel scattered showers through this evening but the chance for heavy rain significantly diminishes.
Clouds are the main impact on our temperatures today!
Upper 50s to lower 60s to start…upper 50s to lower 60s to finish!
Here’s the timing on the rain for the remainder of the day…
Clearing up just in time for dinner plans out in the town! Enjoy it!
Sunshine breaks through as soon as tomorrow, lasting through Thursday. Our next rain maker arrives on Friday into Saturday with lingering isolate showers on Sunday. This will pack a punch on temperatures, from the low 70s to the upper 50s Friday into Saturday!
Let’s make it a great week!
