Usually when we have memorable weather in Middle Tennessee it’s because of tornadoes, flooding, snow, or something active. This go around it’ll be because of sunshine and cool, crisp fall weather — conditions perfect for enjoying the outdoors!
It IS chilly outside this morning though. You’ll want to take a jacket before leaving the house. Temperatures as of 5am are running in the 30s & 40s.
A few spots of frost may be forming now, as well. If you see some, please snap a picture and share it with us, so we can show it to everyone else who relies on News 4.
The sky’s clear now….all thanks to an area of high pressure building in. As that gets closer to the Mid State today we’ll have much less wind than yesterday.
This afternoon will be perfect for a walk outdoors. Look at that high — room temperature…..around 70!
Highs will be a little lower this afternoon over eastern Middle Tennessee than the I-65 corridor and areas farther west.
We had the Titans game downtown last night. Tonight, it’s the Preds! It’ll be chilly in AND out of Bridgestone Arena, so dress warmly!
Under a clear sky, lows tomorrow morning will be similar….in the upper 30s and low-mid 40s.
Down the road this week, temperatures will moderate both during the day and at night. However, what will remain constant and firmly in control is sunshine!
Join us through 7am on News 4. Daphne DeLoren will show you where fog has formed overnight.
Coming up on News 4 at noon today, I’ll be with you to shed more light on our next rain chance, which arrives this weekend. Please…join us!
