B-E-A-UTIFUL! A refreshing start to our morning with crystal blue skies, below average upper 50s and crisp air. Deep breath in, deep breath out…
It is now 8:41 AM and we have warmed into the low/upper 60s region-wide…
Yesterday, I promise you a significant drop in humidity. We dropped from the lower 70s to the mid/upper 50s…
Our muggy meter sums up the meaning of that!
Delightful sunshine is all thanks to a dome of high pressure that keeps us company for the days ahead…
In fact, I’m forecasting a perfect 10 for our sunshine outlook over the next three days!
A similar trend rolls into the weekend, with just an isolated afternoon shower chance on Sunday. Enjoy!
If you have friends or family in Texas, here’s an update on Tropical Storm Harvey. Moving NNW at 10 mph with max sustained winds of 60 mph, Harvey is expected to make landfall along the Texas coastline late Friday night, likely hitting as a Cat 1 hurricane. Heavy rain (potentially 20+ inches) & storm surge are major threats.
Though Middle TN will not see a direct impact, we’ll see remnants of the storm next week!
I’ll have updates for you on News 4 at noon today!
