A cloudy start but not much rain ringing out of them this morning!
Our #4WARN Live Doppler Radar (8:03 am) picks up just a few light misty showers across our southern counties, in the midst of fizzling out towards the south…
This is all thanks to our main weather maker from the past couple of days, now well to our south over Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia…taking all the shower and storm activity with it.
Clouds serve as a blanket keeping temperatures steady and close to average in the upper 60s to lower 70s region-wide…
I expect warmer highs then the 81 Nashville hit yesterday but still about five degrees cooler than average in the mid-80s.
Lingering moisture paves way for a humid start to our morning but we’ll have a bit of relief by the afternoon…low 60s verses the low 70s.
We’ll take it!
Typical summer-like afternoon spotty storms return on Wednesday before scattered rain arrives by Thursday. Our best chance for showers and storms arrive for the second half of the weekend…
