Let’s jump right in! Tonight is the big night! Game 2 — our Preds take on the Pittsburgh Penguins at 7 pm. If you’re headed out to the Walk of Fame Park to cheer them on, things are looking fantastic! Partly cloudy skies, rain-free and warm…..
Speaking of nice weather, our 4WARN Live Doppler is sparkling. Not even a single shower to point out at the moment (2:23 PM).
Temperatures a re toasty and running just a touch above average, as high as the mid-80s for our west most counties. Most in the lower 80-degree range…
Time to pop out the muggy meter!
Dew points are running anywhere from the upper 50s to the upper 60s around town. The higher that number, the muggier it feels. Just compare your town to the meter above ^^^
Tomorrow will feel just about the same…upper 50s to upper 60s.
An isolated shower or two cannot be ruled out late this afternoon, but expected to fizzle out by the evening….perfect timing for those heading out for Preds festivities!
MOther Nature puts todays weather on cruise control through FRiday. Dry and mild start to the day with isolated showers/storms possible late in the day & upper 80s for daytime highs. Looks like Futurecast agrees!
The best chance for showers and thunderstorms hold off until the weekend. I know, timing could be better but 1. it will not be a wash out and 2. you have a few days of mainly dry weather!
I’ll dive more in depth about our weekend forecast coming up on Channel 4 at 4 & 4:#0 today! In the mean time, GO PREDS!
The Stanley Cup made a special appearance in our studio today…bigger than me!
