Take 3! Our third morning in a row of waking up to this beauty — mood boosting sunshine and refreshing air…TGIF!

AM temperatures run anywhere between seasonable upper 20s to the lower 30s across the region. It’ll be a touch cooler today but right around the ball park of our seasonal average in the upper 40s. Winds lighten up considerably so it will feel at or around the actual air temperature.

Weather could not be more perfect for Music City Bowl today! Kickoff is at 2:30 pm at Nissan stadium — radiating sunshine, light northwesterly winds and seasonably chilly upper 40s is what you can count on.

Here’s where the story takes a flip flop. See the moisture currently spreading into western Texas? That same system continues shifting north and east, bring Middle Tennessee a soggy forecast for the holiday weekend (don’t kill the messenger).
