Delightful Sunshine Before a Soggy Holiday Weekend

After a round of heavy rain and thunderstorms last night, we wake up to golden sunshine this morning…

The cold front responsible for the rain has officially pushed out to our east and high pressure continues working its way in, bringing delightful weather to finish off the week.

Yesterday, Nashville’s high clocked in at 63 degrees. Today, I’m going with 52, but it will FEEL much cooler when factoring in breezy northwesterly winds (gusts up to 30 mph at times).

Friday will look similar, minus the wind, plus cooler upper 40s. Picture-perfect for some football, huh? Here’s your game day forecast, as Tennessee takes on Nebraska with a 2:30 pm kickoff time…I’ll be there!

With the holiday weekend, our next chance for rain could have better timing, but I’m only the messenger. 🙂

Any morning errands, outdoor runs or chores around the house will be a two thumbs up during the morning…dd-rpm-12km-eveningam-rpm-4km

Areas west of I-65 can expect the initial batch of rain by the afternoon…

This unsettled weather pattern will kick start the new year. Check out the 7-day…

I’ll have the full breakdown of shower timing coming up on Channel 4 at noon today!

Make it a great day!
