There are 4 things to know about our upcoming weather. They are…
1) This evening will be GORGEOUS!
If you thought today was nice, you’ll love this evening just as much. The low humidity and clear sky will make for optimal viewing of outer space! Tonight, the International Space Station passes by….between 8:31 and 8:33pm, toward the southwest. If you’d like to see it, just look up about a third of the way off the horizon. It’ll look like a very bright, steadily moving star. Temperatures will tumble through the 60s quickly, so if you’ll be out late, take a jacket.
2) Jackets are a good bet again tomorrow!
Tomorrow morning will be just as cool as this morning. Check out what we’re anticipating for overnight lows…
3) Don’t leave the house without an umbrella.
Already, rain showers are about to return to our forecast. We’re currently watching a system to the north, over the Great Lakes. It’s been hanging out there today, but tomorrow into Thursday, it’ll get a push toward the south and move over Kentucky and the Virginias.
That’ll increase our cloud cover and give us a good shot at some passing showers late tomorrow afternoon and evening….and then again on Thursday and Friday. Here’s FUTURECAST for tomorrow:
4) Coolest air of this week arrives Thursday!
Tomorrow’s weather system will usher in a reinforcing shot of cool air. That, combined with the cooling effect of clouds and showers later this week, will lock many of us in the 60s for highs on Thursday and Friday! Friday night football games actually look CHILLY!
